The customer has the right to cancel the purchase of products ordered via our e-commerce portal, within 10 working days of the receipt of goods, only if the products delivered are sealed, have not been consumed or operated and the original integrity of the goods has been maintained. The customer is liable for the transport costs for the return of the goods, while the supplier will refund the amount paid by the customer (including any initial delivery charges). According to Article 64 Consumer Code of the Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is exercised by written notice to the company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the prescribed period. within 48 hours. The costs of returning the goods to the supplier shall be borne by the customer and this is the only expense that the customer has to incur. In accordance with the provisions of this law, the supplier is obliged to reimburse the amount paid by the customer within thirty days from the date on which the supplier is made aware of the right of withdrawal. Normally, however, the refund is made within 15 days. If the return is as a result of damaged or incorrect goods, the customer must inform us within 3 days of receipt of the package. We will replace the items or make an immediate refund.
PLEASE NOTE:Montecatini Erbe s.a.s. accepts the return of opened packages only if the product results as defective at the manufacturer. All products must be returned in their original packaging and repacked for transport, otherwise the courier is not authorized to collect them.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
